SHIPPING
| Products purchased from Australia or New Zealand are shipped from Australia, Product for US and Canada are shipped from US warehouse. Products for China, Japan, South Korea ,Vietnam and Asia are shipped from China warehouse. All other countries products mostly shipped from Australia. |
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email and payment has gone through.
We may, on occasion, experience delays due to a high volume of orders or postal and shipping service problems that are outside of our control.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Be Rad Sports is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer to pay.
How do I check the status of my order?
If you haven’t received your order for Australian and US orders within 10 business days and for all other international orders after 18 business days from your order date, please contact us at brad@beradsports.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges

RETURNS
With most skate items the only warranty given is for faulty workmanship or materials. We will also replace items that have been considerably damaged during shipping or that it was our fault with regards to a shipping mix up and we send the wrong items.
We are bound by and abide by all the regulations in Australia laid out in the ACCC guidelines.
If you do have a problem with any item, please e-mail us first explaining the issue. If found faulty etc we will issue you with instructions for you to return it, we will replace the item and refund you the return postage costs.
We do not replace decks that have just plain snapped, nor do we replace items that you have just changed your mind about and don’t want anymore.
Snapped decks can be a contentious issue, and we do NOT replace them, even if it was your first skate on a brand new board. New decks in fact may snap easier than a worn deck, as it is still “crisp” and when bent past the point of no return it will let go. A board used somewhat may tent to get a bit of slack in it and may bend further before reaching that snap point.
If there is a legitimate reason why your deck snapped with regards to faulty materials or workmanship, eg, knotted wood at the snap point, or poor glue lines with clear delamination, then we will consider having a look at it to decide if indeed it was “faulty”.
Send us close up pictures first to support your claim, and if we see obvious faults there and then we will send you a new deck, if not and if you still think it’s faulty, then send it back to us at your cost, we will have a look at it, and if we then find it faulty we will send you a replacement deck and work out postage reimbursement with perhaps a set of wheels or the like.
DO NOT send us anything without first contacting us for a return number.
